Its been another, truly outstanding year for the Incom-CNS Group, which saw us honoured with the ultimate prize of 'Best Enterprise Reseller of the Year' at the Comms National Awards in October – officially declaring us the best communications partner in the UK!
The recognition was received for our innovative private cloud solution for Manchester Royal Infirmary, which beat competition from leading industry brands across the UK to win us ‘Best Enterprise Cloud Solution’. We were also highly commended for our other entries in the Vertical Market and Unified Communications categories, making us the only partner to receive recognition in all the Comms National Awards categories we entered.
Incom-CNS also became a ‘Mitel House of Excellence’ in 2017, following Mitel’s $500 million acquisition of ShoreTel. Fact: Legacy systems are costing you money, and these costs are only going to increase the longer it takes to switch over to more modern, unified and flexible communication systems.
Even when older systems still work, on-site PBX (private branch exchanges) are increasingly at risk from failing. Sourcing spare parts and engineers capable of fixing them will get more difficult, and expensive. Not investing now will cost more in the future.
