Multi award-winning, business communications specialist, the Incom-CNS Group, is set to become a Mitel 'House of Excellence' as Mitel completes its $500 million acquisition of ShoreTel this week.
The deal is one of the largest ever unified communications mergers and it positions Mitel as the second biggest, global UCaaS provider; inevitably accelerating the rate of development for cloud based innovations as the company further invests in the market. Mitel CEO, Rich McBee, comments: "As of today, we are stronger. Our footprint is global, our combined talents will create an extraordinary new force in cloud communications. It's not 1 plus 1; more like a multiplication of complimentary and unique skills and talents."
So what does this mean for Incom-CNS customers?
The Incom-CNS Group is a ShoreTel and Mitel Gold Partner, having provided its customers with award-winning solutions from both vendors’ portfolios for almost three decades. The early selection and backing of these two industry giants shows sound foresight from the Incom-CNS Board and this latest development cements the Group's partnership with a global powerhouse and reaffirms their position at the leading edge in UCaaS, Cloud and Digital Transformation.
MD, David Hughes, is delighted at news of the deal: "Over the years, we have become the 'go to' trusted partner of choice in the UK for all things Mitel and ShoreTel. The coming together of our two selected vendors will align the best from both companies in terms of technology, products and capabilities, which can only result in a better experience for our customers."
