Retailer Clothingsites.co.uk Drives Expansion with Mitel

Menswear retailer Clothingsites.co.uk has deployed a communications infrastructure from Incom Business Systems, comprising a Mitel MiVoice 250 telephone system, a 50mb+ Ethernet leased line and 20 SIP trunks.
The solution enables Clothingsites.co.uk to enhance customer service, reduce stock refresh timescales and improve order despatch times, to support their global expansion plans.
Clothingsites.co.uk sells several thousand product lines across its flagship e-commerce sites, Woodhouse Clothing and Brown Bag, from over fifty high-end clothing brands including Emporio Armani, Hugo Boss, Calvin Klein and Vivienne Westwood. They needed a faster, more robust broadband connection to facilitate rapid daily stock refreshes. Employing 50 staff at its 75,000 square foot headquarters in Manchester, the retailer also needed to upgrade their communications systems to improve staff collaboration and customer interaction, and reduce operational costs.
Incom rapidly deployed an upgrade to a 50mb+ Ethernet leased line connection with automatic ADSL back-up for failover and 20 SIP trunk channels, completely eliminating inter-office call charges, while also significantly reducing the business line rental costs and the total cost of ownership for communications. The legacy system has been replaced with Mitel MiVoice Office 250 and an upgraded Oak unified call recording system, ensuring full compliance with PCI regulations and delivering enhanced call handling, staff performance and customer service.
