Stafford's largest social landlord, Stafford and Rural Homes (SARH) has deployed a ShoreTel Unified Communications (UC) and ShoreTel Enterprise Contact Centre (ECC) solution from Incom Business Systems to enhance the delivery of tenant services.
ShoreTel UC platform replaces a Cisco system and supports over 150 extensions, delivering comprehensive contact centre management, automated call reporting, internal call distribution, increased system resilience and reduced telephony costs.
ShoreTel’s UC platform provides built-in scalability and flexibility, helping SARH to respond quickly to changes in organisational infrastructure and working practices. The platform supports multi-channel tenant communications and delivers a lower total cost of ownership from efficiency savings, aiding compliance with the Homes and Communities Agency’s Value for Money (VfM) standard.
