4. Push until display says "Command Number"
5. Dial 01 then push down the cursor key
6. Enter the Date i.e. 01
7. Enter the month i.e. 01
8. Enter the year i.e. 2000
9. Enter the day i.e 1 for Sunday, 2 for Monday, 3 for Tuesday etc...
10. Enter the Time i.e. 09:30
11. Push down the cursor key
12. Push the SPK button
13. Telephone will return to normal display
